The Illyrians were among the oldest peoples of the Balkans — proud, resilient, and deeply rooted in their land. We carry that spirit into every dish we serve. Our kitchen draws from Albanian traditions passed down through generations: slow-roasted lamb, hand-rolled byrek, fermented dairy and wood-fire flavours that no modern shortcut can replicate.
